This building was a 21,000 sq. ft. cast-in-place concrete warehouse with 6,000 sq. ft. of office space and 15,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. The core and shell contract was $1.7 million; tenant finish was $1 million. Our role was Owner’s Representative. The owner purchased a cold shell from the developer and Klatke Construction Management managed the completion of the shell and the TI.
The project finished under budget, on schedule, and exceeded the owner's expectations. This facility is repeatedly used by the developer as a model and this facility has become a flagship for other branch offices.
