Portico had numerous leaks in an underground parking garage roof. The project required the removal of about 12” of over-burden, removal of existing waterproofing, preparation of concrete surface, application of proper waterproofing system (Tremko), and replacement of over-burden. This was done over an area of 7,000 square feet and completed in six weeks while the residents continued to use the garage and entry.
