The Trocadero Apartments were designed to provide a high-quality environment in which to live, with a relaxed, environmentally friendly atmosphere. The buildings and apartments were designed to take advantage of the sunshine, views, and relationship with neighboring homes and buildings.

Courtyards and open space create outdoor rooms which encourage people to get out and walk, giving them a destination beyond their own homes.

This project was HUD financed and required Davis Bacon wages and all the documentation that goes along with government programs. The project team communicated very well through several scope clarification issues and change orders. Green materials were used wherever it was financially possible. The result was a community of apartments that improved many lives.
